Aureliu Busuioc – 80

A notorious person of Moldovan literature, poet, dramatist, and prose writer Aureliu Busuioc proved himself as an elite creator. In the sixties he published his famous novel „Singur in fatsa dragostei” (Single in fron of love), in the seventies – „Unkiul din Paris” (Uncle from Paris), translated in many european languages.

But the lates decade became one of the most productive. As the result of this period are the novels „Latrind la luna” (Baying the moon), „Pactizind cu diavolul”(Dealing with the devil), „Spune-mi Johnny!”(Call me Johnny), „Hronicul gainarilor”(the cronicles of a pilferer), and the narratives’ collections „D-ale vinatorii”(The hunters), „Cind bunicul era nepot”(When grandfather was a grandson), and others.
