Chisinau, 16 July /MOLDPRES/- OSCE Secretary-General Lamberto Zannier starts a three-day visit to Moldova today. According to a press release by the OSCE Mission in Chisinau, the high official will approach the OSCE activity and the Transnistrian conflict settlement.
Lamberto Zannier will hold meetings with President Nicolae Timofti, Premier Vlad Filat, Parliament Speaker Marian Lupu, deputy premiers Eugen Carpov and Iurie Leanca and Gagauzia's governor Mihail Formuzal.
Lamberto Zannier will hold a meeting with Tiraspol's leader Yevgeniy Shevchuk and the chief-negotiator of the Transnistrian side, Nina Shtanski, on 18 July. The official will also hold meetings with ambassadors of Russia, Ukraine, the USA and the European Union in Chisinau, as well as with representatives of the civil society and employees of the OSCE Mission in Chisinau, Bender and Tiraspol.
