Moldovan mamaliga becomes famous all over the world

The proficient cooks of “Airport “Catering” that took part in the most prestigious for the latest decade International contest of cooks in Istanbul, came home with a brilliant victory. There was about a thousand of participants from 12 countries of Europe, Asia, and America, including Canada, England, Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Moldova, and others. Not numerous Moldovan team (only six cooks) brought home eleven honorable awards – golden, silver, bronze medals, and contest diplomas.

“Airport “Catering” is the first and the only institution in the Republic, tested as early as in 2007 with the Highest International standards – IICO-9001 (the system of quality administration) and IICO-22000 (the system of security and high quality of food products ensuring).
